Time
How do people find the time to blog? I am having a hard time finding time to write anything. Perhaps I am also struggling with what the hell is even worth publishing out here.

It's not about worthiness or what someone else would want to read, but what do you want to say? What do you want to talk about? DFB? Knitting? Pictures of the Choo Choos C took a marker to? TTC, planning a VBAC? Random musings are always good. Join some webrings and knitalongs if that suits your fancy. In 6 months if you don't like what you wrote, you can always go back and change/delete it.
